Does the cooling vest work in an office environment?

The Evateq cooling vest relies on evaporation, so will not work in humid conditions. That is the largest factor that would influence performance. The vest would work to some extent in an office, provided it is warm enough for the water to evaporate, the quicker the evaporation the more cooling.
